Default Mini 9 ssd adapter

so i took apart my mini 9 cause it died but i don't have an adapter to read the hard-drive it is reportedly a Mini PCIe drive please help i am very amateur in computer parts so please explain or use hyperlinks

Harddrives are generally SATA or IDE



Top one is SATA, bottom one is IDE, which connection does your drive have?

I know that some HP laptops have an adapter than goes onto the hard drive to connect to the motherboard. It enables the drive to drop onto the connector instead of sliding in. That adapter is easily removed exposing a normal SATA hard drive.

That SSD is epic, never seen one like that before.

Seen em on full PCI-e x1, but not on a laptops :3
