Default Midtown Madness 2 is mad

Ok, I've been having these problem with my Geforce 5200 and only this card does it.

Although, the first problem comes from something else.

#1: As soon as I launch the game, it will not launch. It will take forever to finally load and usually, when I least expect it.

Second, I am reciving these bad stuff all times when I drive. I've been playing no matter how hard with the video settings, it just won't do. This image:

Will tell you all. Oh and...you know that I should have the dashboard in front of me now?

What the he** is happening?

Now that is weird...

I'm guessing you have the latest drivers, so it won'e be that.

Have you tried scanning other forums, that may lead to a patch for the game on the 5000 series of Nvidia cards?

EDIT:

Found what you may be looking for. A patch:

I hope this helps

got it done and running. Thanks a lot! I never knew they released a patch! However, I just popped in it, the NoCD v1.1

Now, I can see what it is supposed to. 1280x1024 16-bit. Plays it well.

Thanks Kage
