Default Microsoft Word 2007

This is probably a fairly easy question to answer but I'd like to know how to resolve this "problem".

In Word 2003, when I ran the spell/grammar check and ignored some errors that were supposed to be ignored, saved, exited, and returned to the document to add some more content, and then finally run the spell/grammar check again, it would ignore the items that I indicated to be ignored. However, In Word 2007, an item marked to be ignored on a previous save will reappear as an error the next time you open it. How can I change this?
