Lately my PC has been suddenly restarting my itself, and when it loads back into Windows this message is shown.

So is there anyway to solve this error, if so i would appreciate it.
My first guess would be a memory issue. If you have more than one stick of RAM try removing all but one and rebooting and see if it still errors out. Try it with all of your sticks and see if you can isolate one of them as the culprit.
