Default Microsoft Office from old laptop to new?

Is there any way I can copy my Office software from my old laptop (Panasonic Toughbook-Win 2K) to my new laptop (Gateway-Win XP)?
I have an external CD Burner on the old laptop.

Don't you have some form of disk for office? Most computers usally came with their own CDs for various programs like that...
