Default Microsoft IIS 6.0 Problem

Hi, I recently deployed Microsoft IIS 6.0 on a gameserver for using steam "HTTP Fast Downloads". This just requires people to download maps off a webserver.

I installed IIS 6.0 (Server 2003) from the Manage Your Server window. When i visit the webpage, i can see the folder, however I cannot download any maps.

However, any .txt files I can download. Also, if I rename a map file to .txt than I am suddenly able to download it. It looks like windows server is not letting me download anything that the server would be unable to understand.

EDIT: I also have directory browsing turned on, and I can see all the maps under the directory listing.
