Microsoft Anti Spyware/ Favorites Troubleshooting

recently I moved my "Favorites" folder to another location, Microsoft Anti Spyware came up and asked me to block the User Shell Login I clicked block and now my Favorites dont work. I can't add favorites nor organize them.

Any help would be appreciated.
