Default Microsoft Access plz help!

I am creating a database and wish to use a default time while using a lookup list for a table.

I have the times i entered using the lookup wizard 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30 upto 22:00, but when i try to enter 09:00 as the default value, it says it is invalid syntax.... what should i enter to get that as default time or is there any other way to get round this??

cheers Jon

I think...go into the Design view, and change the syntax to "auto" - then select time - not 100% so back your file up first.
