Microsoft access help

im making a database query in access and basically here's my issue i have put a date on one of the fields and now i need my query to add the number of months that has passed from that date to now and then tell me which ones have so far been 11 months

i realise this is confusing so i put it into an example code

current date-date in field=n IF n =11 months then bring it up

can anyone help me
