have anybody in this forum been to microcenter before?
as in going to the store, because i think i have to return a defective item, but i lost the receipt.
whenever i buy stuff from there, they ask for my information
i.e address, phone number, name.
so the question is that since they have my records, can they just look up the record and have proof that i bought the item from the store?
so i guess the question is, do i need a receipt to return it back to micro center
