Mic problems

Hey


My microphone has recently stopped working. I dont know what it could be. I've tried various usb ports,the green light is on so i know its getting power and there is no loose connectons when i opened it up. It was working then one day wasnt.

Anyone any ideas?

Oh it works when i test the software but not on msn or in sound recorder.

open up the volume controls and check that it isn't muted

From the sound control panel you should be able to set the recording volume, make sure it's not set so low that the microphone is picking up nothing.

Hey

I tried that then went to sound recorder it can pick up my bumping the mouse and whistleing but not my voice. It still doesnt make any noise on msn.
