today i got the Razer Carcharias headset. The audio on it was awesome, but when i started to play MW2 to test out the mic, it doesnt work. I have the mic on and am pressing the talk button on MW2, but still no luck. Any advice?
try the settings on the audio driver program like type of h/w plugged in or if the mic is connected to the front panel mic in jack try disabling front panel auto detections.
Well what i can suggest is that you go into your windows sounds settings and make sure that the microphone is not muted, you plugged it into the pink correct? that would be Control Panel->Sounds->Then Change Audio Settings->Audio Tab-> "Make sure that your line in/mic" is set for your recording device!
