Messed up my monitor

Hey, i was trying to enable my Radeon 9250 card on my monitor display settings instead of the intel graphics, so i clicked enable on the radeon part and i clicked apply and my screen went black and the light on the monitor went from green to orange. I have restarted my pc and it still will not go green or turn on, i have also unplugged the monitor from the computer and still nothing happens. Any idea on what i should do?

Why is your monitor showing green in the first place?

Make sure your video card is seated in its slot snuggly.
Make sure the monitor itself is plugged into the video card tightly.
If you're computer features onboard video, be sure to disable the onboard video before you use your dedicated video.
