Default Messed up my computer!

OK i wont tell you the story since its pointless, ill just tell you what i did. OK i changed the FSB in my bios from 166mhz to 200mhz and it rebooted, then when black. So i waited like a min, and then turned the power off. Now when i start my computer, its just black. No bios or anything, all te fans and everything start up, but theres just a blank screen. PLease dont call me stupid....I ALREADY KNOW!

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Oc'd to 2.9ghz
ECS 570 SLIT Motherboard
2 gig of Corsair ddr2 677
Western Digital 250 Gig HD
Evga 8800GTS 640mb Oc'd to 615/1000

oh ok, no big deal, open the side of ur case and find a little button around the bios battery press it and then turn your computer back on, all the bios settings will be reset
