Default "Message Service" help

There is a a pop up I always get and you dont have to have the internet explorer open for it to happen...They just randomly pop up...maybe 2 every 5 min or so and if I leave the internet open all night there will be like 50 when I wake up....Someone solved it for me at 1 point, I think it was in the control panel and I had to uncheck some kind of "computer message" box....anyone have any idea of what Im talking about?

Default Re: "Message Service" help

Click start, and then click control panel, double click administrative tools, double click services, double click messenger, in the startup type list, click disabled, click stop, and then click ok.

Now you need to download ccleaner from: http://www.ccleaner.com/download

install and run ccleaner, now once its opened click 'cleaner' (left side), then click run cleaner, now once thats done delete it, and click analize, now click registry and clean that aswell.
