Default menu creator

Does anyone know of any good free cd menu creators for all my hardware drivers and xp service packs

I searched for an hour or so and couldn;t find angood ones

What exactly will be on the menu, I had you until you mentioned service packs and drivers...

Do you want something like a menu for a DVD movie?
Or a menu that pops up when you put in a CD, to install software and such?

A menu that starts up when u put in cd that will install 10 or more programs

Usually any company big will create there menu from scratch using something like Visual basic.
But I searched around for a menu creator. Most you have to pay for. So I kept searching...

EDIT: Also I forgot to add. You will have to create the install program file yourself. Those menus will only allow a fancy display of what the user wants to run. Once clicked it will run what ever you supply.
