If it's encryption software and you deleted it, you probably just deleted the ability to "see" where your files are that were encrypted (after all, that's what the program is for). So, to solve this, you can just download the program and install again, then find your files, unlock them, and put them outside of the encrypted partition.

If you deleted the actual encrypted partition, on the other hand, then you really are in a pickle.
