Default Memory speeds?

I have 2 x 512mb of DDR2 @ 800MHz in DIMM 2 and DIMM 4

and 2 x 1024mb of DDR2 @ 800MHz in DIMM 1 and DIMM 3

..making them both dual channel .. or I hope so.

Is that fine? You can have different sizes and the speeds and dual will be the same and work?

Default Re: Memory speeds?

yea you should, they both are at the same speed, and are in respective slots, the size really shouldn't matter unless they are not paired with the same size
