Default Memory Latency is slow

I bought two sticks of 512mb Corsair XMS pc3200 RAM
(specifically http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145416)

These sticks have a latency of 2.5-3-3-6, but when I run Everest, it says that my latency is 3-3-3-8. If I wanted to manually configure the RAM to bring it up to the reported speeds, what would I have to do?

I've got an AMD Athlon64 4000+ and an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe mobo
