Default Memory that has me puzzled

I'm trying to run a game that is ages old, Some might know it, Might And Magic. I just installed it, via floppy, and when I go to run it, It displays this message:

Darkside of Xeen Memory Requirements.

Main Memory: 0 Bytes

Extended: 41984 more Bytes

Please free up more memory before running Darkside of Xeen.

Is this a Virtual Memory Issue? Any ideas how to possibly fix this?

When I go to my memory setup it has this info displayed.

Drive C:

Space Available. 68970MB

Then It gives me the option to customize a size in MB, But only allows an inputable amount of 4096MB.
