Default Memory Face-off

OK so ive been looking for ocable memory and decided on corsair brand, and xms line up. My mobo is the p4c800 e deluxe, i have a pentium 2.4 Ghz (northwood) capable of going up to 3.9 Ghz (i doubt ill achieve that). Im looking to overclock the cpu to about 3.2-3.4 ghz, and was wondering which memory would be better. My mobo supports ddr 400 pc 3200

this

or this:

i know one of them exceeds my mobo's maximum but ive heard that it doesnt matter and you can put a higher speed and it will oc better.

so let me know what you think, ill be looking to put in 4 of these in my computer to add up to a measily 4 GB of ram, which is not enough for the work i do and its a pain not being able to upgrade to 6 or 8 gigs.

i have a set of two 512 sticks in dual channel mode, but i really need more gigahertz. 2 gigs would not be enough, so im forced to go with one gigabtye sticks, and any ways, if i had two or four giga byte sticks (which is what im planning) then they will by in dual channel too, and faster than the sticks i have now.

This RAM has quite a punch if you want speed and capacity. Get a pair of these babies for 4GB total:

OCZ EL DDR PC-4000 2GB Gold Edition Dual Channel

You don't have to buy them in dual packages. Just make sure they are the exact same RAM.
