Default Which Memory is better??

I am wondering which Memory is better between the Two Below?

I like the ocz has better timings then the corsair..

Well, I love Corsair to death.. I'm a proud supporter of them, and I use them..
but..
in this case, the OCZ RAM has better timings (look for the timings, and lower is obviously better).
