Default Memory

I know this is quite a simple question but will most motherboards run ddr 4400 or 4800 memory

coz for my new comp i want some 4000, 4400 or 4800 memory but will most xfire motherboards be able to run it?!?

You mean PC4400 and PC4800? DDR 500 and DDR533?

yes it can run it, u just have to make a few adjustments in the bios, i wish my crappy ram would work, DAMN OCZ!

thought so, what adjusments are we talking about here! complicated or rather simple??

u just make some changes to the fsb, its usually set to 200 all u do is set it to 250 (for ddr500 for example) and change the cpu multiplyer, thats it
