Update: I cannot see how i can change the multiplier,i can only see FSB? :S.

Nooo, I don't mean that.

Download that program, and then in BIOS turn on Cool & Quiet.

Your Multipliers alright. I forgot the 3000+ had it set to 10x.

Ryt installed and turned on but nothing, fans are spinning at the same speed to. No change. Did you use my link and read ?

Read? It was just a zip file download.

So you installed that processor driver, went into BIOS and turned Cool & Quiet on, Saved and then Exited?

Yes i turned it on, I posted a link with the manual for my motherboard .
