Default Media Center out of old Dell

So I have an old Dell i just retired that I dont know what do to with. Im thinking about the possibility of converting it into a media center to hook up to my tv. I'm wondering how I would go about doing this.

Also, does anyone know of any sites where I can find Socket 370 Processors?

You would need a tv tuner and a remote for it to be a media center pc.
