Go to a full tower. You'll have to spend around $100 to get a good case. I found plenty of full towers around $90.

The acrylic case would work fine. It's a mid tower which is more than capable of holding your mATX motherboard and all your components. All the clear acrylic cases I've seen mount the drives the same way, front to rear.

They even make an acrylic power supply: Logisys 550W 12CM LED Acrylic Computer Power Supply,

You could get a NZXT case. They have some flash and mount the drive in the position you like:

The COOLER MASTER RC-690 is an excellent case Trivium. It's a high quality case with excellent cooling options.

You wont need a full tower case. Them things are pretty darn big. A mid tower case like the ones that have been posted offer plenty of room and great cooling for your system.
