Default Max RAM speed for a Laptop

Hi,

I am planning to upgrade my old Toshiba Satellite 1405 S151. The RAM I have been offered is a Apacer 512MB SODIMM 200PIN 400MHZ DIMM. Does my laptod support this speed? The specs says that the RAM it uses is PC133 3.3V but it does not say anything else. Can anyone help me here?

Thanks

Phanor
