Default mATX Motherboard

Hello
I've had my computer quite a while now (sig) and the current motherboad I've got doesnt off any options for overclocking except increasing the FSB, nothing for voltage etc.
As the initial excitement of the new computer has now died (long ago acually), I wanted to start doing abit of overclocking. But as my current motherboard wont allow me to get a decent overclock I need to look to getting a new one.

Basically my question is: does anyone know of a decent mATX mobo, s939, with good overclocking options, and preferably good onboard sound as well?

Going to get a raptor to add to my set-up as well, so thought I may as well get a new mobo at the same time.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Does it have to be a micro ATX? My mobo is great for overclocking.

Yeh it has to be mATX as I've got a SFF case, the ecs one looks good. I've seen quite a few people using the eVGA sli one, and seen some good reviews about it.
