Default mass audio compression software

google turned up nothing... I need a program that I can select a couple hundred mp3's and compress then to a certain bit rate.

ummm i think there is a tool similar to that in nero 7

and i have heard of blaze media pro which is something to do with mp3 compression not sure how many u can select though
