Default Marking/Underlining Web Pages - Program

Hi there!

I'm in search of a program or browser Plugin (rather for Firefox, but okay with IE too) which allows me to mark and underline text pages in Web - i'm thinking of pages like Wikipedia.org. This would be very useful because you don't have to print out that shit anymore... just doing stuff at the screen.

Does anyone know such a program, plugin or something?
Here's another idea: Does anyone know an offlinebrowser which does this?
