Manufacurers Warenty or third party?

Hey guys,

im about to buy the Samsung R580 and am wondering wether to but the Samsung exteneded warrenty for £109 or buy a cheaper one they are offering me which still ticks all the boxes for £75 with some insurer company who also carries out warrenty repairs.

Any one got any idea with which one i should go with?? Samsung or save money and get the cheaper one? (both for same amount of time)
