Mammothi.com Anyone Used Thier Software? What Junk

Anyone heard of mammothi.com. I purchased thier "power ripper" software total rip off. Thier support is non existent. Any further feedback would be helpful, so I can try and get my money back.

Never heard of them. What I would do next time, is Google some info on them, and find reviews. It makes the biggest difference, and will guarantee less headaches
