I have a samsung syncmaster 226b which is 22" and widescreen...I tried using the NVIDIA drivers(newest) and scaling the aspect ratio to make it like a regular monitor to play CS on just to see how different it really is again. The only problem is that the nvidia control panel still picks up my monitor as a CRT monitor. I already re-installed the drivers and tried installing the monitors driver and re-installing but to no avail. Any ideas in how to play on 1280x1024 without the image being stretched across the screen making it all blurry?
