Question Making web pages

Hi all, I owuld like to make a web site (nothing special but something quite good) and would like to know what would be the best addres to use (.tk freewebs etc)?

P.S i dont really want to spend any money on it.

depending on where your from, canadians have webspace provided by their ISP. Rogers.yahoo.geocities. But remeber the only pages u can use are html files and flash. Would it be so hard for these people to turn on ASP on their servers, like come on...
