making the pc quite with loud fans

ok, lol, is there a way to make it so that i could run my fans at higher speeds with out all the noise?Preferably with out Covering up the case and what not, cuz i dun wanna not be able to see it, and i wanna run my fans at medium settings...

edit, also is it good to have one back fan as exhaust, and the other back fan as intake?

Well im not sure if you want to do this but there is this thing like speakers that u put in ur case and it sends sound in the opposite direction of the fans sound and then dampining it, also for the other thing its good to have one outake fan in the back, no intake fan in the back because if u pu them both on the back, the air that is blown into the case will be sucked out just as quik by the outake fan....

k i need to fix that then, and it sounds like the speakers mite make even more noise
