I got the hard drive in my external enclosure and my plan will be to reformat it and resintall windows.
What I would like to do is copy all of the program files to my server's shared drive and then make a registry backup.
I know how to make a registry backup while running windows off of that hard drive, but how do I do it when it is just another hard drive running on the computer?
Or ... I have a registry backup saved on the desktop of the admin account, but it is protected.
