mail problem, any help?

ok, i have a mail programme called incredimail.
i would like to change back to outlook.
i have exported my contacts and messages to a folder in my computer.
i have imported the contacts into outlook with no problems.
however i can't seem to import the messages! when i try to import them outlook asks me which type of email programme i would like to import it from. but non of the opptions are from incredimail (not surprisingly).
the question is how do i import my messages?

Erm, I thought Incredimail had spyware....

Select all and drag them into Outlook Express, see if it works

you thought wrong, i found a programme called incredconverter. i will post if it works.

heard of it you you may not have, but it works a treat.
incredimail is history for now.
i must admit some of the funky stuff on there was quite appealing.
i have used it for 2 years.
