Default MacBook2,1 always turning on

I have a MacBook 2,1 that always turns itself on 10 seconds after I turn it off. I turn off the computer (click the shutdown button) and 10 seconds later the screen flashes and the computer boots itself up again. Even if the computer lid is shut the computer still does it. I thought it was a software or hard drive problem, so I installed a new SSD and restored the computer to its original state (full restart to a fresh start) (10.6.8)
To turn off the computer I have to remove the battery within the 10 seconds it is off before turning back on.
Besides that, this computer is running faster than ever and doing well.

Try closing all apps before shutting down.
or try this: Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)

Other than that, i have no idea. Very strange behavour.
