Macbook+VMware Fusion = Messed Up USB

Alright guys, I don't feel like purchasing a new laptop as this Macbook is still running strong after 4 years.

I've Emulated XP and 7 via VMware Fusion and I can (eventually) get everything to work except for USB functionality.

Anyone have any experiences like this?
