Ok name 10 things, that are worth saying, proving that Mac's are better then PC's. Dont give us that hippie shit saying that we dont have any viruses. I have never gotten a virus on this 5 year old dell ever. You know why? because I dont download porn and illegal files like some people do.

Can't somone just make a poll on this, hey creator of this thread turn this into a poll so you can get a average result at the end and go with the highest votes. because this way everyone has a different view and opinion you are just going to get confused

Even if you get a virus, if you got half-arse good protection your safe. Windows benefits far outweigh its faults. Toss on zonealarm, and avast and your say total cost $0.

Whoah whoah whoah, I leave for a couple hours and there's a conversation going on. :P

Ok, well I've realized that Macs are pretty powerful machines, but they are used mostly for work. The target audience is comapnies, not gamers. They even seen an employee for Microsoft working with a Mac at E3. Irnoy? No, just a man trying to get his work done.

Now Dell, targets families, which includes gamers. Also, they are customizable for any type of use. If I could, I'd get a Dell XPS, but the damn thing is $2300. Damn their false advertisement.

Well, it doesn't matter anyway, for now, though. My dad called and I asked him if I can buy a laptop with my money. He told me to just save my money and use this (my parents HATE games so they don't care if I can't run games). Hopefully when he comes this Sunday I can change his mind, here's hoping.

Thanks for the help everyone. I now see the better choice is a Dell for me. All I do on a computer is play games, hell, all I do in life is play games, so that's obviously the better choice.

Wow, I actually just checked it out and it seems pretty nice. I can get a Compaq with 1.8GHz, 1GB of Ram, 80GB hardrive, and a Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 950 - Core. All that for $1000 after rebate. Sounds pretty sweet to me, thanks.

As you can tell, I Hate Dells but dont get an HP. There just not gaming computers unless you put some cash into them, I would have to say get the Dell.
