Question Mac OS

I've been pondering of installing a version of mac os if i build a computer instead of windows. Is it possible to install a mac os on a custom built computer? if so could i use any components or would i have to use certain products.
Thanks

It's not legal in the first place, just so you know. And if you did install it, you would probably run into hardware compatibility problems.

Really, its illegal to? You actually need to own a Mac? Haha... didn't know that.
Yet, you can install Windows on a Mac...hmm.

Where would the world go if to own a Microsoft OS, you had to own a Microsoft built PC?

I think there is compatibility issues with the hdd. I don't really know, but I do know that Mac has their own type of Hard drive.

I'm assuming the mac os can only be installed on a mac hdd?

Maybe i'm wrong...
