yep it goes back to normal bios but when i change the settings or even a diff settings it restarts normally but it shows nothing on the monitor

so when i clear it goes back to normal but when i try changing a setting it shuts off again and turns back on but nothing shows on the screen then i clear CMOS again then i do that process all over again and nothing happens
