Default Help! TCP/IP half open connections - lvllord patch problem...

Hi guys,

Does anyone out there know much about the lvllord tcpip patch? Ive used it before to help with my bittorrent downloads. However, apparently windows update often changes the max half open connections back to 10. I have noticed this and so I ran the patch again. However, it doesnt work now. It simply gives me a message saying...

following files could not be renamed - \1386\tcpip.sy_
please rename these files manually
the patcher will now abort

What should I do?
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
