Default low power system

I'm looking to build a very low power intel atom system for file storge.I know network storge works but I also want 10 100 1000 eathernet on it. I was wanting a few ideas for mobo and powersorce I found a few combos on new egg. I'm on my g1 so its hard to post links.I will also be needing a case as well.

Price 200$ and case as small as possible I don't want to kick this thing every time I turn around. O and I have the hdd and I won't need more then 1 gig ram and I'm running win xp pro.

Well the price dosent realy matter.

I run a Gigabyte GA-GC230D board in my Atom system and it's very good. At least, for what I do (I only have 512MB RAM and run Linux, rather than XP). A good quality piece of kit. The case I found is nameless and I don't know if you will be able to find one, but it looks like this:

If you can get hold of one of these, they're pretty good for powering everything.

So my question is what do you mean you want to run 10 100 1000 Ethernet on it? Because you can get units like these:

Thouse look good but I don't want network storge because if my computer goes down I want a way to get back online.
