Default Low Frame Rate

So I recently bought an agp x8 Sapphire Radeon X800gto 256 mb/256bit/12 pipeline. I stuck it in my computer, hoping to get better framerate on dod:source but its come up short (I get about 15-25 fps @ 1024X768 with low settings). I read some reviews and people say they get like 60 fps on dod source with high settings so I think I did something wrong. I've checked for updates for my video driver and directx and my computer has plenty of hard drive space.

PII 2.8 mhz
Corsair 1GB PC2-5300
Western Digital 120GB 7200RPM 8MB Buffer

If you have any other ideas as to why my framerate is so low, post it up. Thanks.

Yeah, I'm afraid your CPU is a major bottle neck, even for that card.

You mean GHz. OK anyway. I'm not exactly sure what ATi's cards are like (highest i'm familiar with is the radeon 9 series) I think the better ones are the x2900's?? So x800 seems like a low end card. You might just need a new Graphics card. DOD source isn't exaactly light on your comp so I think you need a pretty good comp for that game (again IDK haven't played that game)
