with these being the minimum specs?
i would like to keep it under $100 if possible
so yes i realize i may be stuck with an ugly beige case D: lol

4gb hard drive
32MB video (onboard is fine)

I have an old dell dimension E310. Has everything but dedicated video, PSU, and HDD. I'll sell it for $40 + S&P. 512MB RAM, 2.8GHz P4, I forget the chipset. I still have the DVD-ROM and I can stick that back in. You could buy a 300W PSU for it and an HDD for well under $60 =p

Used is your only option for that price. Should be able to easily get a used p4.
