i did spybot
adaware
AVG full scan
and for the diskkeeper i had no time ima leave it on today

why is your firefox and msn are high on CPU?

how much ram do you have??

did u have too much softewares installed???

or the firewall is not good for the games??

i rarely use msn

i got 1 gig ram
i only got program that i use
and the programs i have now were never a problem before
i am thinking about getting some more ram
but that'll be in a while

what version on firefox do you used?

i think you should have Firefox V2...which it will make the CPU down again...
and use the fasterfox plug in....

also what version for msn messenger...

if you have installed to much softwares on your computer you must delete some off to help your computer running smooth and fast!

i got windows live messenger
and i am currently using fasterfox

or maybe the firewall???

get zonealarm firewall which is 10x better than norton.....
its has 3 firewalls in 1!!!
