are you using the most recent drivers for your video card?
Have you noticed any reduction doing basic tasks?
Are you getting the same download speeds on the internet that you used to?
Are you on a router or directly into the internet connection?
Have you checked for Viruses/Spyware? In Safemode?

Click the CPU tab so that it orders the programs on how much CPU they are using. Then you will find what's using most of your CPU. Then report back here or take another screen shot,

Sheesh dude. you sure as hell got way more open then you say.. 55 processes.. and apparently so much going on that it's using 80% of your CPU power.. you need to sort through all that stuff.. i'm pretty sure all that crap running is what is killing your performance in css. I have like.. 20 processes... less than half what you got going.. :\

click the CPU button at the very top of the list to order it from greatest to least.. ignore system idle process.. that % is just how much is being idled.

Thats messed up.. the taqsk manager isn't showing what process is eating all your CPU power.. maybe you should try a few more anti viruses.. like AVG or nod32.
