The best AGP card available is the HD 3850.

In all honesty though, it's just going to be a setback for the future. Upgrading to DDR2, PCI-E isn't going to cost as much as you think. What are your current specs?

I have a two yr old computer with a agp slot what would be a decent vid card to drop in the for a reasonable price without having to basicaly buy a new computer instead. Just need something to use for some games. the cards I have seen are 80 to 170 bucks but I want some that will work good with flt sim or some other graphic demanding type games ok maybe fsx is not as bad as others out there but you know what I mean. I was told some of the cheaper vid cards are just that.

Besides the EVGA 7600GT model seen the best agp cards instock at newegg are ATI models seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...69609639 106792462&name=Radeon HD 3000 series

There's one PowerColor model there for $74.99 being the Radeon 3650 model seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131097

You're going to find that the selection and availability of agp cards is seeing a large decline simply seeing them carried instock as replacement cards for older systems. The one Radeon 3870 seen for $114.99 at the top on the first link is the gamer model out of all of them.
