looking for some budget speakers.

hey, i'm kinda new here, but i figured i would ask you guys what some good speakers would be for $65 or under, but i want them to be quality and 5.1... i'm mostly gonna be using these for games and rap, so they have to have good bass . Any suggestions would be great even if you just have a brand recommendation, i know that logitech and creative sort of battle at that price range...
